Wetsipon Workshop : Learner Led Journeys

When J was a kid she had this consistent action she does using her arms both held up  and making a certain uhh-ahh sound like a donkey as he pumps her hand up and down. I told her in her 1 year old self that she should remember the action and tell me what it means when she can already understand language, adult language.   I mimic her doing it and constantly reminding her for about 2 years.  At 3,  she already mastered her ABCs, and even read whole pages of Dr. Seuss and her other pre-school books.  She's into constructing small sentences so I thought about the action again.  "Jade,  do you remember 'uhh-ahh'?  what does that mean?" "Monkey" she said once.  I had my silent smile of pride but wasn't sure if she just randomly said a word to answer my question.  But still I told my husband about the conversation.  We were both proud. BBB will be turning a year old.  Decided to upload her journey with the thought that she will eventually continue to write herself when she is ready.  Let the blogs begin.. PS. Ante-dated early blogs for "real time" effect :)

 baby seems to be stuck watching television. scared about possibilities of milestone lateness i tried to make a hopefully balanced schedule for my baby during this month 8 to 12. i feel guilty that i could not keep my eye on the daily life of my baby, mommy has to be at the office most of her awake time. I feel guilt being aware of what is happening yet, i can't do anything about it.  My co-parent help is addicted to telenovelas and anything on the tube.  I have to maintain contentment and allow one of her vices to keep her happy, and keep her services.  I just have to believe that the happiness that surround my child is worth a lot more than irritated and shoved in mentoring from an unsatisfied guardian. I could only suggest and guide her how i want her to rear my child when I am away.  My heart aches, but i see my baby happy,  i'll just have to do the tutorials doubletime on weekends.

Tita J visited mommy to help us setup our new home.  I'd hopefully develop nice friendships like this when i grow up.
